QCan I choose products or goods as before? AThe shareholder benefit will be Coke ON® drink tickets only.
QIs it necessary to apply to receive shareholder benefit? ANo, application is required.
QWhat should I do if I cannot use tickets because I do not use a smartphone? AWe apologize, but we do not switch to a different one. We hope you will give it to your family or friends and use it. Resale is prohibited.
QThe number of shareholder benefit coupons seems low. Is this a mistake?
AThe number of shareholder benefit coupons issued is determined by the number of shares held and the continuous holding period.
The continuous holding period is calculated based on the length of time during which the same shareholder number is consecutively recorded in the shareholder register.
If shares are sold during the holding period, or if the shareholder number changes due to switching brokerage firms or accounts, the continuous holding period may be reset.
The number of shareholder benefit coupons sent is based on the above criteria.
As a general rule, we do not resend coupons due to discrepancies in quantity, so please note this in advance.
We kindly ask that you confirm the number of shares you hold and the duration of your continuous holding period.
QWhen does the benefits coupon expire?
APlease check the expiration date printed on your Coke ON® drink ticket.
Please note that we cannot reissue or replace expired coupons. We recommend using your coupon as soon as possible.
QI haven't received my benefits coupon. When will they arrive?
AShareholder benefit coupons will be sent according with the shipping time listed above.
Delivery typically takes about one week, though this may vary depending on the region or shipping conditions.
If the coupons do not arrive, please contact the Shareholder Benefits Office.
QI don't know when I bought the stock or how long I held it. AWe apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact your securities company when the purchase was made and the holding period.
QCan I receive shareholder benefit even if I am an overseas resident? AIn principle, this service is available to shareholders whose addresses are registered in Japan in the shareholder registry. We do not ship overseas.
QI moved and address has changed. What should I do? APlease contact your securites company where you have your account to notify them of any changes to your address and to iquire about your account.
