Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Holdings Continuously Selected as Constituent of FTSE4Good Index Series, FTSE Blossom Japan Index, and FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index

Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Holdings Inc. (CCBJH) is pleased to announce that it has been selected once again as a constituent of the FTSE4Good Index Series, the FTSE Blossom Japan Index, and the FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index, which are leading indices for environmental, social and governance (ESG) investment (Note 1).

These indices are created by the global index and data provider FTSE Russell, which evaluates companies based on their performance in areas such as corporate governance, health & safety, anti-corruption, and climate change. These indices serve as benchmarks reflecting the performance of companies demonstrating strong ESG practices in Japan. They are widely used to create and assess sustainable investment funds and other financial products. Businesses included in these indices must meet a variety of ESG criteria.

The FTSE Blossom Japan Index and the FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index are used by Japan's Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF) as benchmarks for ESG passive investments. With this selection, CCBJH has been included in the following four ESG indices adopted by GPIF (as of June 2025).
