CCBJH Earns Place on CDP’s 2024 Supplier Engagement Leaderboard, the highest recognition attainable from Supplier Engagement Assessment for the third consecutive year

Jul 25, 2025
Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Holdings Inc.

Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Holdings Inc. (CCBJH) today announced that it has secured a position on CDP’s 2024 Supplier Engagement Leaderboard for the third consecutive year. This recognition represents the highest level of achievement attainable from the Supplier Engagement Assessment (SEA) survey, which is conducted by the international non-profit organization, CDP.

SEA assesses a company’s supply chain engagement towards climate-change issues based on their response to CDP's Climate Change Questionnaire, which is divided into four areas: governance, targets, Scope 3 emissions, and value chain engagement.

CCBJH views Creating Shared Value (CSV) as core to its management approach. This concept forms the foundation of its sustainability strategy and drives measures to achieve its non-financial CSV Goals. We have been recognized for our efforts toward making a more sustainable society, including calculating and disclosing our Scope 3 emissions, collaborating with our suppliers to reduce our environmental impact, and strengthening our climate risk management systems. Going forward, we will continue to work closely with our suppliers to accelerate our response to climate change and contribute to building a more sustainable value chain.
