Notice Regarding the Suspension of IR News Email Distribution

Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Holdings Inc. (“Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Holdings” or “the Company”) has suspended the distribution of its Investor Relations (IR) News emails following unauthorized access to the email distribution service provided by RAKUS Light Cloud Co., Ltd. (“RAKUS Light Cloud”), which the Company uses to distribute its IR News emails.

At this time, the Company has not received any report from RAKUS Light Cloud that the personal information of subscribers to its IR News email service has been compromised. The Company will continue to request that RAKUS Light Cloud promptly report the results of its investigation and will continue to verify the facts surrounding the incident.

Accordingly, financial results information announced on October 30, 2026 will be made available on the Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Holdings’ website. Distribution of this information via IR News email has been suspended.
